Roehl Transport is hiring Class A truck drivers for limited openings in our regional fleets.
Drivers must have experience to be considered for placement in our Regional Van or Flatbed fleets. Student drivers may qualify for a national fleet position. We offer training through the Roehl Driver Training Center (RDTC).
Regional fleets feature:
- Weekly home time! Roehl regional fleet drivers are typically home within a 7-day period for approximately 24 – 48 hours (weekends not guaranteed), typically under a load.
- Annual earnings between $36,000 to $45,000 (depending on your years of experience).
- Roehl’s compensation is based on a combination of mileage pay, quarterly safety and performance bonuses and annual mileage bonuses.
- A choice of pay plans. Choose a pay plan that fits your financial needs: Tax Advantage Pay or Premium Pay Plan. Both plans feature mileage pay that is calculated based on Practical Miles instead of the old industry standard HHG (short) miles. That means Roehl pays you for more of the miles you have actually driven. And, because Roehl pays practical mileage, you can add thousands to your annual income without driving more.
- Affordable, comprehensive benefits. In addition to competitive wages, Roehl truck drivers also enjoy choices in benefits packages (with medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverages).

- Possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class A.
- Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years.
- No DUI or any other alcohol/controlled substance related offenses in the last 10 years (in any vehicle); no more than 1/lifetime.
- All traffic violations within the last 24 months will be reviewed.
- Drivers must be willing and able to go to Canada.
- No felonies in the past 7 years; felonies over 7 years old will be reviewed.
- Pass an on-site pre-work screening evaluation of essential job functions.
- Possess a valid passport, passport card or FAST (Free And Secure Trade) Card.
